4 tsp loose Chai Spice
2 cups of water
3/4 cups of milk
Sugar to taste
2 cinnamon sticks
A pinch of cinnamon
Combine the water and Chai tea leaves in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the stove and strain the tea leaves. Stir in a pinch of sugar (or more). Allow the tea to cool before setting it in the fridge to chill.
Mix the tea with milk and serve over ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
