Our Fruity Green Tea Smoothie makes a healthy and filling breakfast alternative.
2 Premium Green tea bags
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Steep the green tea bags in 160 to 185ºF water for three minutes. Remove the bags and pour the tea into an ice cube tray.
After the ice has frozen, blend 5 green tea ice cubes with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
